The Scholastic Book Fair is scheduled two to three times a year on campus. Parents volunteer their time to run the register and help the children with finding books. The children are asked to leave their backpacks at the door.
We ask that children, who bring their piggy bank money (coins), have the coins counted ahead of time and placed in a baggy. A note must be placed in the bag with the child’s name, teacher’s name, and amount of money in the bag. Volunteers will able to get the children through purchasing more quickly using this method.
Proceeds from sales are used to buy books for the library, classrooms, and prizes for reading programs.
